  Our initial experience was great and ultimately we were satisfied with the build.
  
  However their customer service leaves much to be desired. The cupboards were not built accurately to the provided diagram. When I called to query why the shelves only extended to 3/4 of the cupboard depth, I received only arguments and excuses. I was told that an isometric drawing could not accurately convey a 30cm gap, which is plainly ridiculous.
  
  I expected better service for the $5k+ we forked out and I hope they will be more polite to customers in the future.
